You are invited to bring your picnic, drinks, chairs/blankets to enjoy a sociable, relaxed evening of music in the garden. John Glynn will bring an evening of music & song along with some of those who will have been staying at the House for Music Week. Tea & coffee will be available throughout the night. Should the weather be unkind, the evening will go ahead in Holy Trinity Church, Pleshey

Come along and see the Retreat House and gardens, have lunch outside (weather permitting) and enjoy the many craft stalls that we have invited along for the day. The day will also include the official opening of Phase 2 of the Building Programme by The Bishop of Chelmsford – The Rt Revd Stephen Cottrell.

Simeon was born in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire and started playing the flute at the age of 8. After 10 years, Trinity College of Music, London, was where his performance and writing skills were honed. Now Simeon enjoys performing all over the world playing on an ever-increasing array of unusual instruments, all with unique sounds.…
