A Storytelling Quiet Day

Led by Rev Gill Morgan. Storytelling is a gift for all. It has the power to inspire, create meaning, explore identity, purpose and belonging. We are narrative beings and create our own story as well as being part of the stories of others. Storytelling can allow space for the soul and a deepening of our faith. Jesus shared and told stories to enable us to understand and access a deeper relationship with him. During this quiet day we will explore storytelling and how it helps us to connect to the wider world and beyond. We will have opportunity to listen to and share stories while we think about our own life narrative.

Gill's ministry is very much centred on Christian spirituality and encouraging people in their journey with God. She has experience of parish ministry, hospice chaplaincy and spiritual direction. Ordained 16 years ago, Pleshey Retreat House has a special place in her own journey with God.

The day can be combined with an overnight stay or two at the House. If you would like this please contact the Retreat House direct 01245 237251.
